The show in Wilmington was a success!!!

Okay, I just wanted to let you all know that the showing of When the Lights Go Out in Wilmington, NC last week was awesome. All of the actors did an outstanding job, the TAFC band was the bomb (as always) and the background singers were doing their thing as well. The headline actors were very down-to-earth and had great personalities. I had a scene with Keith Robinson and had a fantastic voice. You really didn't hear his voice's full potential on Dreamgirls. He's a talented guy. Clifton Powell... fantastic actor and such a comical guy. Lloyd... he's such a fun person and we've all heard him sing. He's true to his voice. Wendy Raquel Robinson is such a likeable person and very real. What you see is what you get. She is an outstanding actress. She should be getting bigger roles in Hollywood. Alvin Moore, Jr... wrote and directed the play as well as played the character of Gramps. He's such a well balanced artist... he's musically talented and talented in the acting department as well. Watch out for him, he's doing big things. Dorlisa Dismukes played the part of Miss Lisa... all I can say is hillarious. Alicia was played by Shanae Edwards... watch out for her too... she's doing great things as an actress. Hopefully you can catch the next "Jesus Movement" put on by Alvin Moore Entertainment and The Arts For Christ Ministries. I'll be sure to keep you posted.
